Starbucks Contest: It's Over
Don't even bother. They have their winner, and I am guessing that the winner probably figured out what would be the most cutesy-pie correct answer possibility and called in at 5:00 p.m. with the correct answer WITHOUT benefit of solving the crossword.

That's exactly what the person who won the contest may have said... "Let me guess." And, believe it or not, the answer is NOT "Starbucks".
well that at least makes me feel a LITTLE better (my other guess is "Ultimate")
actually on further thought the truly most cutesy answer would be "crossword"
No, it certainly is not. We have divined the correct answer grid, the ensuing question, and the answer to the puzzle. I don't know if we're going to be able to post those.
Well I appreciate knowing that there IS an answer. This one seems beyond my capabilities. ... We now return to your regular programming.
Don't want to leave this one hanging...as revealed on other blogs, the correct answer was "Starbuck" (no plural).
